Rates: $119 single/double occupancy plus applicable taxes (currently 12.5%, subject to change); free continental breakfast included with the rate.  Rooms require a deposit for the first night’s room and tax ($134.00) guaranteed  by personal check, money order or a valid credit card (American Express, Diners Club, Discover Card Visa or Mastercard number and expiration date). Cancellation: Notification of cancellation of individual reservations must be received 72 hours prior to the first day of arrival to avoid cancellation charges of one night’s stay, including tax.  

Cut-Off Date: Reservations must be made by Friday, April 6, 2007.  Rates are available until either 1) the contracted block of rooms have been filled, or 2) if reservations are made prior to Friday, April 6, 2007, whichever occurs first.

Rates: $185 single/double occupancy plus applicable taxes (currently 13.5%, subject to change) and the Hotel Services Fee (HSF), currently at $10.00 plus tax per room, per night. The HSF currently entitles the registered guest to unlimited local and 800 calls, two bottles of water per day, two I-Ride tickets per room per day, and access for one guest to the hotel's wireless high speed internet service (additional wireless access is currently $2.95 per guest, per day). Taxes, assessments and the HSF, including the charge for additional wireless access, can change without further notice.). Rooms must be guaranteed with a deposit for the first night’s room and tax with a credit card, check, or cash for the first night’s lodging. Any room not secured with a first night’s 14 days prior to arrival will be released. Rates are available two (2) days pre- and post-conference, based on hotel availability. Transportation

The hotel is located approximately 12 minutes from the Orlando International Airport, and adjacent to the Orange County Convention Center. Cabs are approximately $37.00 each way; shuttle busses are available at the baggage claim area and cost $15.00 per person, one-way.  All prices are subject to change. 

NOTE:  There will be no shuttle transportation to the Orange County Convention Center from the Rosen Centre Hotel.  Additionally, other hotel shuttles do not drop off guests at the convention center.
