The team of civilian employees has led Alteration Installation Teams (AIT) to install CAPSTONE upgrades onboard Aircraft Carriers and Amphibious Class Ships. AIT has reduced installation time, while improving cost effectiveness and safety. A major success of the team was to reduce the installation time from 9 months to 16 weeks.
