Spares orders exceeded the projected volumes for 24 months. We found a solution to meet the challenges of demand. Orders, activity, lines, pieces, ect. didn't conform to initial statement of work. After additional study, a process was completed from the government and Boeing, which affects the NewBreed shipment process. Some tools used: Time studies, VSM, pick chart, brainstorming, fishbone, and 7S. Results: customer satisfaction.
