Huddles are conducted for all staff to deliver excellent service. Our project is to reduce supervisors' time in preparing for the huddles. Some of the tools used are SWOT analysis, assumption breaking technique, Ishikawa diagram, tree diagram. Projected time savings of 146 man-months per annum and projected cost savings of $470,340.
