Oshkosh Defense — S-Series Fender Alignment Project Team

Type of Team: Six Sigma
Our cross-functional team used established Oshkosh Defense Six Sigma methodology to reduce variability in the assembly process for the fenders of our Oshkosh® S-Series™ Front Discharge Mixer. We used tools such as hypothesis testing, FMEA, and multiple linear regression to achieve our goal, which included realizing improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency.
