Not sure if you have an e-mail address on file with ASQ?

Some conference attendees did not have a log-in ID or password for the ASQ Web sites. In this case, we set your e-mail address as both your log-in ID and your password.

Enter your e-mail address into both boxes on the on-demand recordings page.

Don't know what e-mail address would be on file with ASQ? Try the e-mail you used on on your conference registration. You can also try the e-mail address(es) that you use the most - home, work, etc.

If none of your e-mail addresses work, there are two possibilities.

1. You have no e-mail address on file with ASQ. You will need to contact ASQ to get access to the on-demand recordings.
2. You already registered with ASQ, and your password is NOT your e-mail address. If this could be the case, please visit log-in help for password hints or to have us e-mail your password.

Tip: If your e-mail address is long, enter it correctly in the first box. Then select the entire e-mail address and paste it in the password box.
