Telefonica Argentina, "Surfing is Not So Complex" Team Excellence Gold winner. Please see the Video Highlights page for footage of the team’s celebration. This is the second consecutive Gold win for Telefonica. The team used Six Sigma methods and the DMAIC discipline.
