Presenter Expectations
If we select your presentation, you must adhere to the following guidelines.
- Submit your complete and final PowerPoint presentation and optional paper to the ASQ speaker activities coordinator by the requested due date. Your presentation and paper must meet published specifications and guidelines. You will be required to have your presentation reviewed and approved by a technical program committee (TPC) member before you upload your presentation.
- Provide enough high-quality handouts to meet customer demand at no cost to ASQ. (ASQ provides speakers with estimated session attendance numbers about 10 days before the conference.)
- Refrain from any direct marketing of products, services, software, or other commercial ventures in the technical sessions.
- Make no changes to content, presenters, slides, or delivery after the published date.
- The primary speaker will receive complimentary registration. Co-presenters will be responsible for paying a $380 co-speaker registration fee.
- Session presentations and papers will be given to all conference attendees. If selected, you will be required to sign a license agreement form stating your copyright preferences.
- We may audio record concurrent sessions at the conference. If we do, you will be asked for permission to audio record.
