QMP Awards Ceremony (registration required)

Divisions and Sections receiving the following two awards are recognized at the ceremony.

  • Total Quality/J.S. McDermond Total Quality Award – recognizes Divisions and Sections for the development of a business plan and budget that provided valuable quality programs and services to their members and achieved at least 75 percent of stated objectives.
  • Quality Excellence Award – recognizes Divisions and Sections for achieving one, two, or three of the Society‘s objectives in member retention, loyalty, and satisfaction. If all three objectives are achieved, Gold Excellence is received; if two objectives are met, Silver Excellence is awarded; and accomplishing one objective meets the Bronze level of Excellence
