Our utility bill was over budget 12 of the last 16 months with 90%, due to electricity cost. Through collaboration of stakeholders and numerous quality tools, including Pareto charts, our activity resulted in a 20% reduction of kWh usage, $102,180/yr. savings, and an 11% reduction in CO2 emissions; 1,624 tons.
