Device History Record (DHR) Error Reduction Team

The team's purpose was to reduce Device History errors from 30% to less than 5%. Pareto charts, flowcharts, brainstorming, affinity diagrams, gap analyses, tree diagrams, trace matrices, statistical process control, and trend reports were used. Achievements include an 80% reduction of errors, reduced scrap, and more efficient processes.
