An innovative gradient measuring tool was the project outcome to address the long time taken to assess and determine the gradient of barrier free accessibility ramps during site audit. Tool used included, Lotus Blossom, affinity diagram, brainstorming, cause and effect diagram, Assumption Breaking Technique, Serendipity Technique. Total manpower cost avoidance: 1,256 man-hours.
