Anheuser-Busch Packaging Group — The Necker Wreckers: Metal Container Rome

Type of Team: Problem Solving

The Necker Wreckers Team was was tasked with reducing spoilage (scrap) caused by process damage. Through the use of their rapid response team approach and tools, such as pareto charts and brainstorming, the team reduced necker-related damage and downtime, which led to an annual capacity increase of more than 14 million cans
