EQUIPO CIPRO
Presentation: Tuesday, May 25, 9:15 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Room: 262
Type of Team: Six Sigma
We had two goals in mind: efficiency, through increasing the quantity of finished goods and decrease the waste, and enhancing the effectiveness with a better process control. The team used tools like Pareto chart, multivariable analysis, flow process, gauge R&R, AMEF, RTY, process flow, normality test/capability test, fishbone diagram, experiments design (response surface). We used Six Sigma and the DMAIC discipline to find solutions. The intangible benefits are immeasurable and they, for sure, will affect the whole company in a very positive way. As a result, the team reduced wastes by $108,498 USD and reduced the variation of process control.
