Eligibility and Entry Requirements
 

Project Eligibility

Any project completed in the last two years that achieved measurable results is eligible. If you previously submitted a project to the ITEA process, the project is NOT eligible for re-submission.
 

Team Eligibility

Competition is open to teams from all over the world.
 

Entry Limit

Up to 5 entries may be submitted from any participating site or location.
 

Entry Fee

$600 per team for the preliminary round.
During the preliminary round, no travel is required. You upload entry materials on the Web site.

To participate in the final round at the World Conference on Quality and Improvement in Pittsburgh, PA the registration fee is $650 per team member. This is only IF the team qualifies and is invited to the final round live presentation. Qualifying teams will be notified by December 17, 2010. Teams will have to also pay travel and lodging expenses to attend the conference.
 

Entry Requirements

• Create a PowerPoint presentation that describes your completed project and ensure that it is aligned with ASQ's Team Excellence criteria. PowerPoint file size should not exceed 5 MB, and should include speaker notes for each slide. Speaker notes must be able to be read aloud within a 30-minute time period.  See how past winners aligned their presentations to the award criteria. 
• Complete the online entry form and submit payment.

The entry fee may be paid by any of the following options:

• Online with a credit card
• Wire transfer – Complete entry form by selecting "Wire Transfer" under payment information.
