URGENT NOTICE:
Please be aware that individuals have been attempting to contact ASQ World Conference Exhibitors and Sponsors claiming to have hotel rooms at lower rates. When making hotel reservations with Internet booking companies or convention housing services, most reservations must be pre–paid and are non–refundable. ASQ and our contracted conference hotels cannot reimburse you for reservations made through these companies.
ASQ strongly encourages you follow our standard housing recommendations as seen on our travel page.
Rates: $189.00 single/double occupancy; $20.00 for each additional person, plus applicable state and local taxes (currently 15% room tax; a $1.17 tax assessment fee; and a 2% per room, per night tertiary tax, subject to change). Rooms must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Based on availability, the group rate is valid three days pre- and post-conference. When phoning in your reservation, please identify yourself as an attendee at the ASQ World Conference on Quality and Improvement.

Cancellation: Notification of cancellation of individual reservations must be received 72 hours (three days) prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges of one night’s stay.
Cut–off Date: Reservations for the Hilton Anaheim must be made by Monday, April 23, 2012. Rates are available until either
1) the contracted block of rooms has been filled, or 2) reservations are made prior to Monday, April 23, 2012, whichever occurs first.
Attendees are strongly urged to make their hotel reservations early.
Hotel Location: Hotel is adjacent to the Anaheim Convention Center and one block from Disneyland® Resort, including Disneyland® Park, Disney’s California Adventure® Park, and the Downtown Disney® District. This property is accessible to all major freeways and Southern California airports, including John Wayne/OC Airport and Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
Hotel Internet: Complimentary internet service is available in all rooms that are booked through the conference block of rooms. If you do not book your room through the ASQ room block, internet is $12.95 per day
Hotel Fitness Center: The hotel fitness center is available at $14 per day to hotel guests or $34.00 for a three-day pass.
Third-Party Reservations: Please note that when making hotel reservations with Internet booking companies, most reservations must be pre-paid and are non-refundable. ASQ and all of the above hotels cannot reimburse you for reservations made through these companies.

SHUTTLE: Super Shuttle (800-258-3826): reservations required; $10 one-way per person. Disney Express (800-828-6699): pick-up every 35 minutes after the hour, every hour (go to the Disney Shuttle booth at the airport to pick up a schedule) 5:35 a.m. to 8:35 p.m.; $17.00 one-way per person.
